Experience & Qualification

  • Total Experience: 10–15 Years

  • Relevant Experience: 7–15 Years in OHTL Civil Works

  • Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

  • Mandatory: 500kV or above OHTL project experience

Role Overview

We are seeking a Civil Work Specialist with strong OHTL experience to independently manage tower-related civil works, including excavation, foundation construction, and protection activities. The role requires hands-on supervision, strict adherence to quality and HSE standards, effective coordination, NCR compliance, checklist preparation, and timely reporting including DPRs and monthly measurement sheets.

Key Responsibilities

Civil Installation Supervision:

  • Access road construction & platform preparation

  • Soil investigation

  • Benching & excavation

  • Open-type / pile-type foundation construction

  • Tower footing protection (revetment, retaining walls, etc.)

Execution & Quality Control:

  • Independently supervise subcontractor teams or lead own team/resources

  • Check foundation layout, form box inspection & prop setting

  • Ensure execution as per approved drawings & design specifications

  • Verify correct concrete mix usage

  • Maintain field quality check reports & documentation

  • NCR compliance and checklist implementation

Planning & Coordination:

  • Coordinate daily civil activities with Construction Manager

  • Prepare monthly rolling plans and forecast bottlenecks

  • Conduct inspection meetings with client engineers

  • Monitor and track daily progress

Commercial & Reporting:

  • Support commercial team in raising construction invoices

  • Prepare and submit DPRs in prescribed format

  • Maintain monthly measurement sheets

HSE & Compliance:

  • Ensure adherence to HSE and ESMS plans

  • Maintain safe and healthy work environment at site

  • Implement quality and safety standards across civil works
