Job description
We are hiring a qualified QA/QC Engineer to support our Transmission Line and Substation projects across the Gulf region and Kutch, Gujarat (India). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in quality management for 220 kV / 400 kV / 765 kV OHTL and Substation works, with strong expertise in implementing international QA/QC standards, leading audits, and ensuring full compliance with project specifications and client requirements. Experience Required: 5 to 10 Years
Joining: Within 30–60 Days (Immediate Joiners Preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise all stages of civil construction, including access roads, soil investigations, excavation, foundations, and tower footing protection.
Independently manage excavation and foundation activities at site.
Ensure all works comply with technical designs, material specifications, and safety standards.
Coordinate effectively with the Construction Manager and other site engineers.
Monitor and report daily site progress through Daily Progress Reports (DPR).
Participate in Joint Measurement Committee (JMC) meetings and assist with billing/invoicing activities.
Promote and maintain a safe, compliant, and healthy work environment.
Job requirements
Requirements:
Experience working with 220kV, 380kV, 400kV, 500kV, or 765kV transmission lines is essential.
Proven expertise in the execution of Overhead Transmission Lines (OHTL) is mandatory.
Prior experience in pile foundation work is an added advantage.
Must be able to join immediately or within 30 days.
Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
Practical experience in managing on-site activities, contractors, and civil teams.
