Chef De Partie – Grill / Beef / Steakhouse | Kuwait

We are hiring an experienced Chef De Partie for a reputed restaurant group in Kuwait.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in grill operations and premium beef preparation, including beef cutting, trimming, chopping, portioning, and steak preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Grill Section and ensure smooth kitchen operations.

• Prepare and cook premium beef, steaks, and grilled items.

• Handle beef cutting, trimming, chopping, and portioning.

• Maintain proper steak temperatures and cooking standards.

• Handle premium beef products, including Wagyu.

• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, presentation, and portion control.

• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.

• Coordinate with the Sous Chef and kitchen team during service.

• Ensure efficient grill operations during busy service periods.

• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts preferred

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in reputed restaurants

• Relevant experience as a Chef De Partie – Grill / Beef / Steakhouse.

• Strong knowledge of premium beef cuts and steak preparation.

• Hands-on experience with beef cutting and preparation.

• Knowledge of Wagyu, steak temperatures, and grill management.

• Experience in premium or fine-dining restaurants preferred.

• Understanding of luxury dining standards and high-end guest expectations.
