Requirements:
Campaign Design and Execution: Creating and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, mobile, SMS, social media, etc.) using Adobe Campaign.
Data Management: Working with data models, integrating various data sources into Adobe Campaign, and ensuring data accuracy.
Workflow Development: Building and managing complex, segmented workflows and journeys within Adobe Campaign.
Template Creation: Developing and optimizing HTML email templates and other campaign content.
Integration: Integrating Adobe Campaign with other systems and platforms.
Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights.
Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues related to campaign delivery, performance, or segmentation.
Collaboration: Working closely with marketing, creative, and data teams to develop and execute effective campaigns.
Documentation: Documenting campaign strategies and workflows.
Adobe Campaign Expertise: Strong knowledge and experience with Adobe Campaign Classic or Standard. Adobe Campaign V8 experience will be preferred.
Programming Languages: Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, and HTML/CSS.
Data Analysis: Experience with data segmentation, targeting, and performance analysis.
Marketing Automation: Understanding of marketing automation principles and best practices.
Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Certification: Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in Campaign or related certifications is highly desirable.
